Educational Philosophy

 “a failed system will fail minds.” Education provides options to varying perspectives. It provides an avenue for persons to broaden their views on issues. It is also an avenue that provides knowledge and leads to understanding as minds are guided to explore, discover, form conclusions, and create. However, a failed system will fail minds. On the contrary, the opposite is true and can be even more now with the advancement of technology especially educational technologies.

 My philosophy of education is that all children are unique with innate skills that become strengthened and enhanced through a stimulating learning environment where they grow physically, mentally, emotionally, and socially. It is my desire to create and develop the type of atmosphere where students can identify and aspire towards their full potential, thus becoming problem solvers and critical thinkers. Additionally, fostering the mastery of life skills using real-life experiences to prepare students for life’s eventualities.
